The drive from Lewisboro to Manhattan runs about an hour. The train from nearby Katonah to Grand Central takes about 70 minutes.
Parks & Rec
Ward Pound Ridge Reservation is Westchester's largest park, at 4,700 acres. The entrance is in Cross River, which is a village in Lewisboro.
The Landscape
Dense forest, country roads, and mom-and-pop stores. Ridgefield, CT, just a short drive east, has a sprawling commercial area that covers anything else residents could need.
